Meet the Team

Larchfield is a small, RICS-regulated team, so you will always know who is looking after your development. Meet the people behind the service.

Louise Sims, Director and Principal, Larchfield Asset Management

Louise Sims

Director & Principal

Louise is the Director and founder of Larchfield Asset Management, which she established in 2023. She has more than 15 years of experience in residential block and estate management, covering long leases, service charges, Section 20 consultation, major works, compliance and contractor management.

As Principal of a RICS-regulated firm, Louise is responsible for the professional standards Larchfield works to. She is a Member of The Property Institute (MTPI) and an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS). She has lived in Torquay since 2008 and leads Larchfield’s work across Torbay and the surrounding area.

Marcus, Operations Manager, Larchfield Asset Management

Marcus

Operations Manager

Marcus is the person who keeps everything moving. He oversees the team and our day-to-day workflow, makes sure nothing slips through the cracks, and escalates anything urgent straight to Louise.

A block manager by background, Marcus went on to co-own an administration business while continuing to manage blocks for a number of managing agents, so multi-tasking is very much his forte. He has worked with Larchfield since 2024. Super-organised, permanently at 100 miles an hour and genuinely hilarious, he splits his time between working remotely and our Torquay office.

Lamees, Property Manager, Larchfield Asset Management

Lamees

Property Manager

Lamees brings more than 11 years’ experience in block management, much of it looking after residential developments across London, alongside a background in lettings management. She understands residential property from every side, from planned maintenance and contractor coordination to service charge budgets, leaseholder relationships and compliance.

Her building safety experience includes managing fire safety records and risk assessments and supporting cladding remediation projects. Having led large teams, Lamees combines sound judgement and excellent organisation with a calm, practical approach that fits naturally with the way we work at Larchfield. She works remotely as part of our team.

Tammy, Property Administrator, Larchfield Asset Management

Tammy

Property Administrator

Tammy is usually the first voice you will hear when you call the office. Bubbly, funny and a joy to be around, she looks after the administration for the team and handles solicitors’ enquiries on property sales and transfers.

She brings more than ten years’ experience in residential property administration, including nine years specialising in property transfers and, most recently, running the administration for a 700-unit residential estate. Tammy works remotely as part of our team.

Ian, Business Support Administrator, Larchfield Asset Management

Ian

Business Support Administrator

Ian supports the whole team behind the scenes, from answering calls and general administration to finance data entry, our website and social media.

He brings many years’ experience in financial services and property, having run his own mortgage brokerage in north London and owned and let residential property himself, so he understands property from the owner’s side. Originally from London, Ian has lived in Torquay for many years. He is also Louise’s dad, which makes Larchfield a family business in the truest sense.
