Louise has managed our large block of flats in Torquay for around 8 years, before she started Larchfield. We’ve always valued the relationship we have with Louise.

Louise increased her team recently with the most efficient people we’ve come across, I need to give particular praise to Lamees who is now our property manager. Nothing is ever too much trouble and her communication is spot on.

It’s nice to receive the personal touch that Louise has always given to us from the rest of her staff too.

We’ve worked with Larchfield Asset Management for some time through Sydenhams Gardens & Landscapes, and have always found them a pleasure to deal with. Lamees and Marcus are both friendly, approachable and straightforward to work with, and communication is always clear, which makes our job much easier.
Louise has built a really professional and well-run company, but it still has a very personal feel to it. They clearly care about their clients, their contractors and the standard of service they provide.
